We are Kansas City’s balloon boutique. Since 2020, Jubilee has made balloon magic for celebrations big and small… from garlands to bouquets, photo backdrops, we do it all. We work with you to customize something completely unique and amazing for your special occasion.  

Whether you’re planning a birthday party, bridal or baby shower, graduation party, wedding, branded event, or just a small get-together, our balloons will bring the wow factor.

Sculptures

Make a statement with a sculpture! These free-standing balloons are so much fun and can last for days! They stand approximately 4ft tall & 3ft wide and are made from a combination of latex and specialty balloons.

Garlands

The go-to is our garlands! Created with multiple sizes of latex balloons and any color palette, plus the option to add specialty balloons to the mix. These are designed to go inside or outside, around mantles, entryways, or anywhere you can imagine. These are priced by foot and start at 5 ft long. Specialty mylar balloons can be added for an additional cost.

Bouquets

Big moments are celebrated with balloon bouquets. We start your bouquet with latex balloons and add specialty balloons to make your bouquet completely unique to your theme or recipient. Perfect for parties, gifts, etc.

Local Delivery

You can get your balloons and supplies delivered directly to your events.

There is an order minimum & delivery fee based on location!
