Refund & Exchange Policy
We take great care in selecting quality products for your celebrations! Please review our policy below before purchasing.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
Refunds are not available.
EXCHANGES:
Unused and undamaged, non-balloon items may be exchanged for in-store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
✨ Please note: All balloons are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help! Please email info@jubileeballoonco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.
LOST PACKAGES:
Once your order leaves our hands, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Jubilee Balloon Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot offer refunds. If this happens, please reach out directly to the carrier to file a claim.
