Simply hang the bag from the ceiling with the attached tabs (helps if you have a beam or something similar to tie it to) and pull the dangling rip-cord to let the balloons fall. We recommend pre-starting the rip about 12".
Fully arranged and inflated with air. Since this is filled with air it will not float!
