Jubilee Balloon Co. Donation Request Guidelines

At Jubilee Balloons, we’re proud to support local causes and celebrations that bring joy and connection to our community. Due to the high volume of donation requests, we review submissions on a quarterly basis to ensure each one is given thoughtful consideration.

Here’s how the process works:

1. Submit your donation inquiry form.

2. All requests will be reviewed at the end of each quarter.

3. Final decisions are made by the following dates:

- April 15 – For requests submitted between January 1 and March 31

- July 15 – For requests submitted between April 1 and June 30

- October 15 – For requests submitted between July 1 and September 30

- January 15 – For requests submitted between October 1 and December 31

4. You’ll receive an email letting you know whether your request has been selected.
